I felt sorry for myself because I had no shoes,
until I met a man who had no feet.
And so I stole his shoes
which he kept as a souvenir,
and I got away easily
because he had no feet
and couldn’t chase me.
Now I don’t feel sorry for myself.
I have some shoes!
Hooray, self-esteem!

On Saturday, May 27th at 6:00pm, a piece I wrote called “Dog On A Cold Stone Floor” will be performed at The Hollywood Court Theatre as part of the Playwright’s Express festival of short plays.

It went very well — many big thank-yous to everyone came to watch, and many big thank-yous to the cast!

Mother’s Day is such a wonderful occasion! It’s that very special day when you give thanks that the Outback Steakhouse commercial telling you to take your mom to Outback Steakhouse will finally stop playing every thirty minutes on every radio station in town! Man, they drive that commercial into ground like it’s a Green Day song! But it’s over… for 11 ½ months.
