Changing Seasons

10 20 2004

Four straight days of rain in Los Angeles mark the official end of fire season and the official beginning of mud slide season. Hooray!

Let it Rain

Last night it rained in Los Angeles for the first time in 181 days. But I was parked under an overhang so I didn’t get the free car wash. Shit.

Non-linear Story Thingy

10 13 2004

Die, Vampire! Die!” is an on-going, ever-growing piece I’m building with an incredibly clever javascript contraption called TiddlyWiki coded by an incredibly clever fellow called Jeremy Ruston.
Caveats: Jeremy’s code is brand spanking new so there are some glitches he’s ironing out, and my piece is still quite a few bones short of a skeleton. But check it out, and check back as it gets refined. It works in all current generation browsers (but works best in something besides Internet Explorer…)

TV Debut

10 11 2004

If the rumors are true, I’ll be appearing on Saturday Night Live on October 23rd. It’ll only be for a few seconds, it’ll be on video, and I’ll be in a bear costume, but check it out anyway. If you can tell which bear is me, a special prize awaits you. Enjoy!
